My experience with Dr. Jean Keamy and staff was a perfect 10?? (This coming from a consummate critic) Recently, Dr. Keamy removed a cataract from both eyes and corrected my vision. The minute I walked into the Westborough office I knew I had come to the right place! Dr. Keamy’s staff is amazing! They are warm and friendly yet extremely professional ... I never felt rushed and the office is organized with follow thru rarely seen these days. Dr. Keamy is real ... no pretenses or airs. She thoroughly explained the procedure and options so I could make a good decision ... one that worked best for me. And - Dr. Keamy personally called me from her home after each surgery to see how I was doing!! How many doctors care that You can feel confident that Dr. Keamy is the right person to trust with your vision.

We found Dr. Keamy to be curt, conceited and absolutely certain she was always right. But, after cataract surgery and waiting for months to get a new prescription, it just did not work. A second eye exam by a different person and new prescription was much better but of course we had to pay for the glasses created with her prescription before we knew it just was not good. She was also always very late getting to our appointments. Her other reviews were all mysteriously posted in one week in 2016

Dr. Keamy performed cataract surgery on one eye on my elderly mother in 2016. The surgery resulted in my mother's eye being crossed. Dr. Keamy denied it for weeks, insisting that the surgery was "completely successful". When finally presented with the facts, Dr. Keamy simply stated, You signed a waiver that this could happen. She should stick with cosmetic surgery, but don't let her touch your eyes!
