I had a very bad experience with this practice. The front desk is not professional.
Calling any office can take a lot of time on hold hearing horrible music the whole time. When receiving a referral for a specialist is frustrating the doctor will not give you the number you have to wait for the specialist to call you and set up an appointment. Make sure not to miss the call when the specialist does call they will not leave a call back number making it extremely difficult to call back.
Putting it a 5 star as they were primary care for my family. Starting from adult care to pediatric its awesome. If you ever complain about this then you should be in NJ to see what poor healthcare means😂😂😂 unfortunately i got relocated to NJ🙁🙁🙁
Helpful staff, quick service and clean location. The staff is well trained for Covid related precautions. The automated systems and kiosks make checking in fairly easy and less time consuming. Getting appointments is easy and the staff is accommodating. Plenty of parking is also conveniently available. Overall, great experience during multiple visits to the Westborogh site.
Horrendous people, nice building, but horrible human element. Everyone here is rude and expect your total compliance without questioning. For the most part they will be neutral unless you ask why should you do something (e.g. say why you are visiting out loud in front of everyone when it was already communicated when scheduling an appt).I'm so sick of such under par treatment I'm switching to a different NON-reliant (they do not even deserve the uppercase r) location. Ever since reliant took over their locations behave like a meat grinder where compliance is a priority instead of patients that are visiting because they have health problems. Shame on the reliant company, they have ruined several locations that used to be great (e.g. Southborough Medical). All you can rely on reliant is that they will treat you like sheep and provide a sub par medical attention to make more profits.
Found the doctors not truthful and ignored pain issues and the doctor just plain rude not helpful with health concerns
Very good and helpful staff, and great service.
I had very bad experience with lab test. Technicians couldn't even find veins for multiple times. My kids had to face lot of struggle. Finally we moved out from there without giving for the blood test.Main reception at Doctors place today was very rash and saying that, you can go wherever you want and they are very rude. Definitely lab technicians must be trained otherwise kids are not suggested here for the lab test. All are in escaping mindset on this, by just blaming kids are not cooperating for the same.
The new location, & building/facility boasts a stream-lined ✔ in process that allows the patient easier access to their medical information. The best part is that patients can save time by filling out the 🚑 medical questionnaire online and print it out to bring along to their complete physical examination. Thus saving "15" minutes...Yes...you still have to ✋ wait, but it all works out in the end...The time that it takes to park your 🚗 car can be a bit stressful, so plan accordingly and be mindful of how much time is needed in that endeavor...Overall I 💘 the site...
Yah, the building and offices are beautiful but the parking is awful. You have to cruse the parking lot to find a spot so allow time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
