Definitely not the best communication here. I saw Dr. Mazin and he requested I get an ultrasound done and that I’d receive a call for that. Waited a few days, nothing. So I call the front desk and they were surprised no one called so they transferred me over to Radiology- called 3 separate times and left voicemails no one got back to me. I call the main office again and she transferred my call to the Worcester office - they saw the order in MyChart and booked my appointment then an hour later they canceled my appointment and said they don’t offer that service here and I would need Vascular. So I called the main office and spent an hour on hold and wasn’t able to connect to anyone. I looked up Vascular on my own and kept getting bounced around until a woman recommended the Vein clinic which is around this area - when I got ahold of the front desk they were very caring and gave some suggestions in the mean time for pain and if things were to worsen to go to urgent care or the ER. They said I would need to schedule an appointment and that they could also get me in for an ultrasound right away. Then hours later Dr. Mazins office finally got back to me and said they would prefer I stay with him and could get me in tomorrow and they would call me back with a time. Another hour passes and they say never mind it’s the same place that I had already scheduled an appointment for. Such a headache and several phone calls later to just schedule an ultrasound. Dr. Mazin was great though and took my condition seriously but something is not right with the the line of communication.

From the receptionist to Dr Hangen everyone is nice and professional. Dr Hangen did my shoulder surgery and I am pleased with the results.

Arrived 1 minute late was greeted by both front desk ladies in a smile. Warm welcome. I will definitely come here from now on... Demographics verified and all set. Dr.Mazin is knowledgeable and gentle with shots.

The bolder blonde receptionist was on a personal call talking about a dog had my partner waiting for 3 mins had a look of being bothered on her face , asked if she needed to make an appointment He said no you have to book an mri..... the doctor didn’t introduce himself , was very stand of- ish the visit was over in about 3 minutes.... Would not recommend

Unprofessional lack of passion for patients and receptionist was a complete joke. Never seen so much incompetence in a Dr office!
