I'm honestly exhausted with Baystate. I've been ghosted for months. No answers to my questions or replies since September. I was supposed to have a couple referrals, medication trial and feedback, etc. and I can't get a response back via portal or call back. Just tired of having to continue to reach out time and time again for nothing. If you get to go in office the care is good, but it's just getting to that point that's exhausting.

Dianne Lavoie was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I didn't feel rushed at all. She took the time to go over everything. I highly recommend her, she is kind, compassionate and empathic. So happy with her!

I am so disappointed, and frustrated with the type of care I receive from this office. When someone is admitted into an urgent care And an emergency room You should be able to get an appointment immediately f.especially if you need one findings that are very concerning anywhere told to follow up

Run don’t walk away from this practice. Appointments are cancelled all of the time (5 out of 6), medications don’t get refilled, and no one seems to be minding the office staff lack of caring. If I could have given this practice a zero I would have done it.

This place has been a nightmare. Over-billed me last year and was no help fixing with military health insurance. This year, my PCP canceled on me without a phone call and they want to reschedule me a year out for a simple physical. Next!

Been waiting for 4 months. Haven't seen a doctor for 3 years. I need to be looked at, head to toe. They told me they stopped taking my insurance since April. I made my appointment before April. I wasted a day of work for thier lack of communication.

I was scheduled for a telehealth visit and the instructions said I would get a text or email 10 minutes prior to the video visit. Instead I got a call 15 minutes prior and it was the doctor who said since we cannot connect for your appointment please call the office to reschedule. I waited a month for this.

We’ve been waiting nearly 6 months for Dr. Torio to fill out a simple document so we can move forward with getting our license to adopt. We’ve had to drop off the document 3 times now because they have lost it. They say they will call back and never do.
