My long time PCP passed away unexpectedly. Facing upcoming cataract surgery, I was in a bind as I needed a pre-surgery physical. I called the Feeding Hills location at the suggestion of my eye doctor's scheduler and they were able to take me in in a timely manner. Dr. Sutton was thorough in his understanding of my past medical history and in providing me the clearance I needed for my surgery. He was very easy to talk to and I did not feel rushed in any way. I would definitely return to this practice for future medical needs.

I needed two appointments at the Longmeadow Baystate Urgent Care this past month. I was seen both times by Dr. Sutton. Dr. Sutton very quickly diagnosed my health needs and treated me appropriately. In addition, he gave me sufficient time to ask questions and he responded to each with great knowledge and patience. I highly recommend Dr. Sutton for your urgent health needs.

He was so incredibly rude when speaking to me! Horrible bedside manner and a complete lack of empathy. I would not want anyone to have to deal with him.

I would not allow this man to be my doctor again. Needed emergency help after a syncope episode resulting in a concussion. Dr. Sutton was supposed to help, but performed no tests. I was left for hours in an exam room at Noble Hospital. Later that same day I was readmitted and received better care from a real doctor. Screw Sutton.

Dr. Sutton recently misdiagnosed me with severe lung issues without ever using his stethoscope to auscultate my lungs.After going to my primary, we realized he was wrong! We come from a medical family of nurses and doctors. His misdiagnose is unacceptable. We utilized the Noble Clinic in Westfield for convenience. If you are in the area, BEWARE, go to your primary! This doctor is judgemental, not caring and will put you at risk. He should not still be working there! Please, go somewhere else or to your primary doctor to be safe.

I went to Noble Hospital with a wound that affected an artery. Dr. Sutton was caring, kind and tried his hardest to stop the bleeding. He did an excellent job.

HORRIBLE. Falsely diagnosed. Gave me the strongest dose of medication without running any tests, just a visual exam. Followed up with primary care after and they laughed at what he had told me. Had further tests done and they all came back negative for what he had diagnosed me with. Complete disappointment and I will be sure to not let any friends/family be seen. Noble's poor reputation lives on....
