After my PCP of 22 years retired, I selected Dr. Reynolds as my new doctor. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but he takes his time with his patients. I feel like I'm his sole focus and that he'd take all day to ensure that all of my questions are answered. The icing on the cake is that he is very personable and kind. He listens well and asks questions to ensure his patients are comfortable and are part of the decision-making process. He is an excellent physician.

I have found Dr. Lance Reynolds to be both professional and compassionate during the 10 years that I have known him as a physician. His office is very busy and so even though he is my PCP I often see a nurse practitioner or a physician's assistant for regular visits. I understand this is the case now in may PCP offices because there just aren't enough of them. that is the only reason I did not give a 5/5. If it is necessary to see Dr. Reynolds, the office makes it happen. I also know that he reviews what the others do for me. I find him to be willing to refer me to specialists if he needs to. He listens to me and is responsive. I was shocked to read another review citing rudeness on his part because I have never seen him be rude to anyone and I work in a hospital where he does rounds often.

Dr. Reynolds is not only professional, he has helped me so much I couldn't even put it in here. He has been my physician since 2004, I've been with family medicine since yr 2001. His staff has treated me with the utmost respect, Dr. Lance Reynolds has gone well beyond the call of duty. I can only say good things about him and his staff....Thank you.
