List of Medexpress Urgent Care's Reviews
There's a warm place in hell for the owners and administrators of this company. They don't care about patients, they don't care about staff, all they care about is money. Also wait times are horrendous. If someone can't see you within 15 minutes I suggest you take your business elsewhere. And in some cases they'll make you wait hours only to tell you to go to the ER.
All of the staff there were so great!
The people working there were friendly and professional, however they are extremely short staffed. I waited 3 hours for a urine drug test. Also, don’t bother making an appointment. They mean nothing there. Whenever you arrive and check in, you automatically go to the bank of the line. If they say there’s an hour wait, add 2 hours to the number, and that’s more like the actual wait time.
Me and my boyfriend were exposed to someone who tested positive went and got tested the moment we found of they told us 9 to 12 days then when the doctor saw us he said thats not true its 48 to 72 hours, we called today and got a rude receptionist who isn’t even licensed as a medical provider saying that the doctor was wrong and its 3 to 15 days? so what is it 9 to 12, 48 to 72 hours, or 3 to 15 days. I had to dish out $500 dollars to keep mines and his family safe while we waited we've been both out of work due to this. If you want to keep your loved ones safe do not go here. People are DYING this is a pandemic because its not a joke I have never been so disgusted to see a medical building not care about a human life. Hold your loved ones close and stand up for yourself because if you dont things like this happen and thankfully im in the medical field and was able to get both of us tested with a gaurentee of 24hrs to 2 days max. Get better management also better receptionists that understand they shouldn't be making medical calls on things if they arent licenced to do so. Very disappointed. edit this review was made in 2020 since then my friend passed away in 2022 after being seen by them
This one office has been understaffed for as long as I can recall. Waiting time is horrible. And now it's been temporarily closed once again again...
Wonderful fast service than primary Doctor can’t hold come in wait for few days.
3 hours in waiting room, finally made it to exam room for another 1/2 hour. Ten minute exam and sent on my way with antibiotic. I would only go there again if emergency although 3 hour wait for emergency would be hard to take. Hospital emergency is equally as bad!!!
Used med express for a non emergency visit and was asked to leave my email address. Now all I get is scam emails from them all day long .. garbage emails that mean nothing to my health or well-being.. for example I received an email yesterday that contained crockpot recipes. Why tf do I need crockpot recipes from an urgent care corporate drs office..
Need to get a drug test and dot physical for work and they keep telling me nobody is there to do it
Walked in and was told they were at capacity and to call back in 45 mins. Called back 45 mins later and was told they were still at capacity to call in 15 20 mins. Called back again in 20 mins and was told there was a 3 hour wait. I had been trying to be seen since they opened at 8am. This was now almost 1030. I'm 8 months pregnant and was basically told they couldn't see me bc I wasn't fast enough making a call. Horrible service

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
