List of Mehdi Pajouh's Reviews
I have been with Dr. Pajouh now for 10 years. He is very professional and never makes me feel rushed. Even though I am a nurse he never assumes that a full explanation is not necessary, he explains everything. His office staff is superb.
I first met Dr. Pajoub during an A-fib episode at Baystate Noble and decided to stay with him because my cardiologist had retired. At the hospital he gave me a prescription for flecainide. He told me to take the three pills after my next afib episode and just stay home. I recently had another episode of A-fib that seemed unusual. I tried calling him at 4:30 in the morning his answering service told me he does not have any on call back up, he only uses an answering service for his calls, and he no longer has a nurse in his office. I called back during business office hours and again met with resistance from the answering service. I tried back again later in the day and told him that it was urgent and the answering agent told me if she marked a message urgent she could get it to him and she knew he was in the office. I got no response until two days later and the answering agent told me to just take the medication. The doctor did not speak with me, did not know what was going on with me, and had absolutely no concern with my welfare. After seeing a new cardiologist two days later I was told that if I had taken the medication it would be a very bad outcome and I should throw them away immediately. He had absolutely no concern for my life or well-being. Very very scary
My primary care physician sent me to Dr. Pajouh after a whacky EKG test. Dr. Pajouh put me at ease and said that there was nothing serious and that it was a result of years of high blood pressure. Dr. Pajouh was kind, articulate , and spent time with me. The office and Staff were exceptional.
he ist the Best !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
