Truly disappointed! On top of things for about a year. When I wanted to look further into some medical concerns, there was a disconnect and she was unhelpful. Office staff were clueless.

If you are a patient who gets a physical every year and will never need anything else she's fine. When you need anything other than that she fails at providing. All my appointments I have showed up on time and they never are on schedule even with virtual appointments. I have gotten calls hours before or after my appointment time never during. She was not accepting in my mental health journey. They are unorganized and when I reached out with questions it was not recorded or addressed in any way until I called back. Most recently I had requested a medication be refilled. They refilled the wrong medication. I've been out of the medication for days now and have yet to see them process my prescription even though I have called multiple times a day for the past couple weeks.

Another review described a horrible, rude bedside manner. I could not qgree more. If you are seeking compassion, good communication, someone who listens and shows professionalism- I'd find another Dr. Also, wait time is incredibly long.

do not waste your time here. mean horrible bedside manner- especially to elderly. dr. bennette is not to be trusted. i would give zero stars if i could. so sad.

Keep looking else where. Id give -0 stars if I could! she is very nice person t but a horrible dr. been misdiagnosed 3 x. never gives you what you need. when she does prescribe she forgets for a wk to put it in the pharmacy. makes you wait over 1 hr most times for your apt if she even gets to you. Nice person Awful dr. Ive been wanting to change for years but its so hard to find another female around here excepting new patients.. sad 😞 keep looking else where & please if you find a good female dr LMK

Have been a patient of Dr. Barnett's for years. She is very thorough, reviews labs, tests & consults since last visit, and keeps current on screening exams. Never a problem to get an appointment for a sick visit, and very friendly & down to earth. Takes the time to explain things & answer questions, and never makes you feel rushed. Very happy with her care.

So myself and my daughter have the flu and I told my wife to go to the doctors to hopefully get the Tamiflu prescribed to her. With flu like symptoms the doctor still made her get the shot, which any doctor I’ve ever been to has always told me you cannot get the shot when you’re sick. Also she said my wife’s symptoms appear to be early onset pregnancy. Of course my wife said there was no way that was happening but the doctor was persistent and making my wife do a pregnancy test. So for a recap, my wife went into the doctors with flu like symptoms because her husband and daughter also had been diagnosed with the flu, she makes her take a pregnancy test. So now instead of my wife feeling better they just injected the flu into her. I will let you form your own opinion about this.

Given wrong lab test results it is unacceptable and dangerous, jeopardizing the health of a pt and delaying further care it's just unbelievable, unprofessional medical assistance, MD enter room and the typing begins, I work with patients and know the documentation burden for healthcare providers, and it is not an excuse for lack of manners and basic social interaction with our patients, quite disappointed.

She really takes time for you and help above and beyond!!! She cares about her patients, would recommend her to anyone!

I have been with Dr. Barnett for 5 years and I am a very happy and confident patient. She is amazingly thourough and takes the time with you. She records everything right there and then. She references everything since being there from the last appointment. She may run overtime with appointments which may cause your appointment to run late and/or see her later than the time of your appointment, which is due to her thoroughness and accuracy. She’s very attentive, listens to you w/care, offers suggestions and takes the time needed. I am very comfortable due to her calming nature, confident with her knowledge and her wonderful bedside manner.
