Today I got an appointment with Doctor Wool, I called brenda was the one who answer the phone. She was very unprofessional on how she spoke to me. I told her if she help with the address cause I’m at mercy hospital. I just wanna know if I was in the right direction. Her response was I don’t an appointment with Doctor Wool which I did. Then I told her the doctor has two offices. My appointment is at 299. She didn’t even try to give me The office 299 number. She said that she can’t help me then she hanged up the phone in my face. I was very upset. I called back I asked her if I can speak to the supervisor , she refused to make me speak to her supervisor. I called back to have the supervisor number. she finally gave it to me after she changed some words with me.

should work on something called the bedside manner, how can you ever be rude and uncompassionate to a patient who just suffered a 3rd pregnancy loss in a row is beyond my understanding, “ bad luck” he says, I didn’t know such words could even be used by a health care professional, not only that but on top of the 3rd pregnancy loss in a row now he’s making the patient wait another 2 weeks to get a d&c when she had already been walking around with a still born for 6 weeks, sounds like such a professional, gets things done when it’s already to late to get things done!

Dr Wool is professional, easy to talk to, kind and has a good sense of humor. He is always on time with his appointments.

I think he is the rudest doctor I ever had. He scoots you out of his office in 5 min so if you want good care he is not it. He is all about the bottom dollar. I was horrified we lost out child and he was just rude with little care for my aftercare. Sad time in our lives was made far worse! I will never forget this as long a I live. He is ruff in exams as well.

He was always very personable and I was comfortable asking questions. He was very casual....not like a stuffy doctor. And he was going to come in on his day off to deliver my baby!!! Overall, a great experience and I would go to him again!
