Waiting for over an hour for lab work. Place is severely under staffed
went in for strep throat, nurse falsely sectioned me, took away my say in the treatment i was receiving, and forced me to the hospital against my will, who then released me with no problems whatsoever, and were even confused why I was there. she did not show a single ounce of empathy, or understanding. very disgusted and will not return to this location anymore.
Dr. Tran and the redheaded nurse treated me with so much kindness and respect during an incredibly sensitive situation and I'm forever grateful for them.
Its horrible yes but living in Springfield is the closest now😒Traveling to lowell is too much for bloodwork.
My 4 year old was there for a blood withdrawal and the lady who took the blood, Donna, showed no empathy and I could see her face, it was almost like she was holding an animal.. I expected her to give my daughter sometime.. Since the kid was lying on me I couldn’t see what she was doing, I was holding her other hand and trying to hold her legs tight so that she doesn’t move. Inspite of all that, she punctured her so badly and I only understood why the kid was crying so badly after the patch was removed. Please don’t take your kid there. Obviously kids move, and it’s difficult to withdraw blood, atleast don’t handle them like you are holding something inanimate. Thanks, Elizabeth
DO NOT RESRVE A SPOT ONLINE, Worst Urgent Care experience.
I was having a panic attack and the lady at the front desk took her time to get my information while I was freaking out then they had me sit in the waiting they just watched me until I yelled at them to call an ambulance.. kinda stupid . They also never answer the phone and they’re not very helpful
Took my 3 month old because I couldn’t get an appointment at her pediatrician The nurse didn’t know how to use the scale. The scale was on something with wheels, the wheels were not locked. I don’t think the nurse even noticed it was moving. Nurse needed help because she didn’t know how a hand held machine (I think it was taking vitals) worked, had to have a second nurse come in to figure out how to work it. When the nurse took temperature she did it without lube on the thermometer! This one really annoyed me, I was trying to keep my child calm and did not realize this was the case until she inserted the thermometer. I know this is not a pediatricians office but I got the sense the nurse just did not know what she was doing at all. The doctor was nice, but felt like he wasn’t listening. Would ask a question, I would answer and he would ask if I talked to my pediatrician about it. I told him yes, they sent me here because I couldn’t get an appointment today, repeat a couple times.
Have always had a good experience there when lab tests are needed. Today I was hoping they could give me certain info from a test taken from the past. I said they could call back, but Katie found it within minutes!
I have visited here not too long ago due to Covid-19. Wait was about 1 hour, bit long for me but there were quite a few people before me due to flu season. Overall, experience was pleasant and staff seem organized compare to other places.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
