List of Dwayne B Baharozian's Reviews
Dr Baharozian has been simply the best! I came to him after a harrowing and scary visit to my local ER. Dr Baharozian began by fitting me in for an emergency appointment the same day. His care was fantastic, he is the most thorough Dr I have every been to. He covered every base, those which were obvious and those which weren't obvious. He had me on the way to a cure the very same day. I can't tell you how highly I recommend him!
Dr. Baharosian doesn't appear to think it necessary to say 'hello', to introduce himself, to simply acknowledge there is a human being in front of him. I had not been to see him in over a decade and then returned for a few visits. It was a bizarre experience.
I love Dr. Baharozian. I credit him for saving my eye sight. I've been with him for over 20 years!
Dr. B. recently performed cataract surgery on one of my eyes. Since my case was non-routine, I also consulted with a doctor from Mass Eye and Ear. While that consultation was very helpful, I felt that the experience level and modern equipment of Dr. B. were quite comparable. I ended up choosing Dr. B. based on his experience and ability to offer the latest lens choices. Fortunately, Dr. B. was able to handle the non-routine aspects of the surgery quite well, while a less experienced surgeon may have had more difficulty. The healing process was very quick, and my vision is greatly improved!
The staff is rude and unprofessional
I saw Dr Baharozian a month ago and it’s been eating at me ever since. I was assaulted by a family member and my eye was injured. After a little over a month, I was still experiencing some vision abnormalities. I called the office and they got me in within 48 hrs. My appointment, however, was uncomfortable physically and emotionally. When he asked what happened to my eye, and I reluctantly shared, he replied, “So is everything good now?” Umm no. My parent punched me in the eye and I’m emotionally and physically still healing. He was unfeeling and almost judging that I wasn’t “over it”. Furthermore, in order to examine my retina, he had to insert a device up against my eye with my lids wrapped around it. No warning, no explanation. He told me 3 different times I “owe him an eye exam”. He gave no explanation for my vision abnormalities and told the assistant to “give me a packet”. I will not be using his services any longer.
Excellent care. Appts on time, staff is caring, patient and professional. Procedures were fully explained and recovery from cataract surgeries were uneventful. Pre and post op instruction clear and easy to follow. Very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this MD and his facility.
I was referred by my doctor and I got to say is one of my best place to go for my eyes
I saw Dr. Baharozian after I was in a terrible car accident, and I could not see out of my eye for over a week. Dr. Baharozian and his staff ran multiple tests on my eye, including several new advanced diagnostic testing, which were not available at other ophthalmology practices. From my initial visit to the office, I could tell that I was not in just "any ordinary" eye doctor's office. Every patient was treated with care and respect. It was very evident that I was not in a factory, where I was one of a thousand patients that was going to be seen today. Not only did Dr. Baharozian and his staff take great care of me, they followed up with me multiple times to see how I was doing. I am happy to say that my vision in my eye has been fully restored after my car accident, and I have Dr. Baharozian and the team at Family Eye Care to thank for it. I will be a patient for life!
What do you say about an ophthalmologist who you are referred to for cataract surgery; who sees you in a 2 hour visit (the first of 4 for the surgery), does tests and measurements along with his staff, and, just when you are waiting standing at the counter on your way out -- waiting to sign up a surgery date -- calls you back and says some one on his staff (he refused to say who) did not like me (he refused to say why) and he was refusing to do the surgery and provide any further service because "he had to keep all of his staff happy"? Well, that happened to me TODAY at his Family Eye Care office in Westford, Massachusetts. WHo and why did "one of his staff" not like me? I think it was someone I had exchanged phone tag phone calls with 6 months before trying to sign up an appointment date. Someone who works there full time. Someone who would only call me back later in the day or the next day or the next and when I would call back would be "busy" or "in a meeting". Someone who was playing phone tag with me. But, the doctor is violating his license requirement in Massachusetts as someone who provide services to the general public (not just to =only those patients all of his staff "like"). I would give zero stars but the post will not be accepted unless I give at least one.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
