List of Dennis Callen's Reviews
Dr. Callen and Dr. Nate are very helpful.
Excellent physician and wonderful staff. Dr. Callen is really listens to you. His office staff bends over backwards to schedule same day appointments, if needed. So pleased to have found such a terrific provider.
Physical exam scheduled….provided the lab results and done. I had to ask some questions to get more information on my health
No physical exam Few questions Poor explanations Poor follow-up
I called 5 days in a row to get important paperwork from my grandfather’s health record so he could go into hospital to get an endoscopy that could have determined possible serious problems. I got to the hospital with him expecting them to have done the fax over since I called and left so many voicemails over so many days. We waited at the hospital for 3.5 hours and called callen’s office repeatedly (during business hours) to get the paperwork over so he could get the procedure. They did not answer and 25 minutes after arriving home with no procedure they called me and told me they misplaced the paperwork. They did not respond sooner when they should have, and delayed my grandfather getting an important procedure due to unprofessional communication and office organization. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody truly concerned about their health. Your doctor is someone you should be able to communicate with about your health. This is not it.
I called Dr. Callen earlier today because I thought this issue should be addressed because my father is a 91 year old in severe arthritis pain which neither dr callen nor anybody from his office has addressed the arthritis knee pain and falling. I called to tell them that he has started drinking because the pain is too intense, his staff then said “why don’t you just go join him” and hung up. This behavior is unacceptable and the office should be ashamed.
Dr Callen was the primary doctor for my grandfather who is 91. The staff at his office are extremely rude when I can get ahold of them. With a 91 year old if I call I need an answer. I can call multiple times in a week and they won’t call back. A 91 year old can’t be left with an incompetent doctor and a staff that’s extremely rude and refuses to help, I spend all day making meals and cleaning so I don’t need the extra stress of not having a doctor that’s accountable. My grandfather took care of me my whole life he deserves better than a doctor that won’t help him get out of pain and stop coughing up blood.
Dr. Callen has been our family doctor for many years and I have found him to be one of the best.
As always a good visit. Kind caring and caring.
He abandons his patients in time of need. No longer care about health of patients in the hospital, poor bedside manner

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
