I was seen at the Irving office, by the female doctor. She wasn't bad but my overall experience was HORRIBLE. I have an HRA yet they charged me out of pocket. Myself and Cigna contacted them numerous times because I was never supposed to be charged and needed to be reimbursed. The billing department or manager would never return my call. I never got my money back or even a response.

Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to see the doctor. This is strictly the front office secretary. I had an appointment scheduled. First I found them through ZocDoc stating the accept my insurance. I called my insurance just to make sure and they told me that she accepts my plan. When I went in she told me we don't accept that form of insurance. The way she explained it didn't even make sense. I called the insurance while at the office and again they told me she does accept Humana and my specific form. When I asked her to speak with the insurance on the phone she looked at me and said I don't need to I know we don't accept that insurance. The lady on the phone was shocked. I left and found another doctor and the representative from the insurance company filed a complaint. She was very arrogant and thinks she knows it all. And if they don't take my insurance they need to fix it on their end so that more people don't fall into the same predicament.

Dr. DeLeon is nothing but amazing. However his MA ( medical assistant Jennifer was horrible) she was rude short and very unprofessional. During my intake she was eating and insisted in a rude way that I had high blood pressure.I’m an RN and having this type of customer service make me very unhappy and very uncomfortable around people like her. This office is very unorganized and professional. I was referred to this office once DR Johnny Henry retired. The 1st visit there were roaches in the rest room and the lady advised me to urine in the cup and there were serval other cups in there with urine ( very unsanitary) i had to ask the nurse if she could move the cups due to I didn't want to move other clients urine cups. Next visit they advised I would have to start paying out of pocket for delivery (only 6weeks pregnant ) mind you I have very good insurance with Cigna. They stated I would have to pay 600 every visit till delivery or I can't be seen. I asked I never heard were you pay this early for a delivery serval months away her reply was due to dr Jose deal with a lot of clients who don't pay after their delivery. I understand but this was not my case due to very good insurance and both visit I paid them copays which I advised I was fine with paying a for copay going forward but not a delivery that my insurance covers. Also with blood work the dr Jose wasn't able to explain questions very well, which utimalty I asked them to transfer my files to another dr whose office is very clean, professional and cares about me and my baby well being and not just the money! If this place is going to be all about money at least let the office meet the same standards!

He is the best Dr ever. I’ve been with him for 15 years. He’s delivered my 6 children. He’s saved my life as well as I had a scary life threatening cancer. The staff OMG are so friendly.

He has been my doctor for the past 18 years, I had my 2 youngest kids and a very delicate procedure which I can say, that Dr. De Leon literally saved my life with God's will. Excellent, professional and a trustworthy specialist.
