Dr. Cummings is the best. He listens to parents and let them advocate for their child. Other pediatricians we've seen, acted as if they knew better, since they are the doctor. No, no. Moms knows best.

Miss Dr. Katz dearly! Great office, always able to see us within hours or less in urgent situations, never have to wait more than 5 min in waiting room and patient room combined.Updated: since my review and our doctor retiring, the place went down hill fast. The front desk staff has rotaded out to new people and they have been extremely short and pretty rude. I chose to move my children to a doctor in the same medical center which I attended. This office called me about 6 months after we would've had an annual for the kids which I assume is routine. I let the woman know that we're no longer patients there and have moved their care to where my own doctor practices. The woman on the phone suddenly had a nasty tone and replied "well kids need to have a physical every year." I was shocked and at a loss for words. What exactly was her goal here? There is no other way to take that but negative since she's implying that I'm ignorant of the fact they need yearly physicals, just like adults. What exactly was she expecting this statement would change? I already explained I chose a new doctor. I hung up and haven't looked back. I recommend Manet to anyone looking for a great family practice.

Our children have been loyal patients since 2008. The doctors, nurses and office staff are wonderful all around! Exceptional service often goes unnoticed & is taken for granted. We had a recent close contact COVID scare and I felt compelled to share my very positive experience with SS Peds. From the very informative & personable Telehealth screening yesterday, to the informational handouts, convenient car service, and speedy results...you all kept this anxious Mom at ease. Thank you for today and for always providing consistent & caring service throughout all process levels with staff & doctors. Stay well.

Need to share my bad experience with this South Shore Pediatrics today, so it may help others to choose another good pediatrics.we moved to Boston area 3 weeks back,so searched internet for a pediatrician near us and chooses south shore pediatrics.Today we had physical checkup of my 3 years old kid at 10:20 with doctor Rachana Uniyal and this our second visit, but we arrived at 10:45 due to traffic.After checking with front desk people and providing all my insurance details, they asked us to wait for sometime. After 10 minutes wait, the front desk ladytold us to reschedule our appointment,since we are late for more than 20 minutes. Its a 20 days before scheduled visit and for this visit, I took 2 Hours permission in my new jobjoined just 10 days back, also we need health check records of my kid to join him for kindergarten school and also I drove 11 miles from Quincy to this hospital. I explainedmy pain to the front desk lady and requested her to consider my current situation and allow us for the physical health checkup of my kid.But she told that there is no appointmentsavailable till next week for which again I need to get prepared, take permission from new job office, drive 10 miles in the traffic and my kid school joining also will be delayed due to this.I will also follow the rules strictly but not all the time, need be conscious about the situations, these south shore pediatrics people acts stupid.Its a very bad bad experience to me with this South Shore pediatrics as they are like running school with absolute punctuality but not a hospital with good Will and intention to serve patients.Also, in the first visit, the doctor Rachana Uniyal is in hurry and did not answered our concerns well, South Shore pediatrics is not a right one to have our kids primary care.

I have been coming to this pediatrician's office since my daughter was born in 1993. My youngest child is still a patient here. I just want to say how happy I am that they still offer the same continuity of care with the same level of compassion and caring, as well as the best medical attention! The staff from the doctors all the way down to the office staff are so amazing and give the best care. I couldn't be happier!

We love South Shore Pediatrics. Dr Uniyal came highly recommended by members of my play group. As a new mom I find it to be a perfect fit! The entire staff makes us feel like we are their top priority.

After searching for a few months I finally found a new pediatrician for my daughter. I couldnt be happier with Dr. Uniyal. She made my 13 year old feel very comfortable at her first visit! The staff was also very helpful with with the trasfer process. They were able to help me obtain my daughters medical records from the previous office and i had an appointment within a week! This place is great!!

After Dr. Katz retired this office has not been the same .my children were patience of this office for over seven years this last experience I have chosen to remove my children and find another pediatric office. They never have appointment that fit the parents schedule. The staff is becoming very short with parents. I do not recommend this office for families that work a 9 to 5 they cannot accommodate patients that are sick or just a follow up appointment. To get a refill on a prescription it’s even harder to get someone on the line if your expecting callback 48 hr turn around time the doctors feel as they cannot schedule an appointment with the parents to discuss patient care.

Dr Tai is the worst thing I've met in the medical field. I've never had 3 separate experiences with anyone that were as terrible as these. Worst bedside manner I have EVER seen and doesn't have answers to anything. Must've got her degree at Sesame Street!! Terrible doctor and downright awful human being!!! Would not let her near your child!!!!

I was a patient at South Shore Pediatrics for 18 years, and now I bring my two children there to see Dr. Katz! I am so pleased and confident in the care we receive from this office. All of the Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and front end staff are so wonderful! I have never had a bad experience and would recommend this practice to anyone seeking care for their children.
