I have had two cataract procedures with Dr. Chang. He is very thorough and also communicates extremely clearly and effectively. Terrific ophthalmologist.

I'd love to review Dr. Chang, but I never got to see him. Entire visit was a waste of time. 9:45 a.m. appointment--still waiting for doctor at 11:00 a.m. Finally just left. If you need eye care, go to an eye doctor where you actually get to see an eye doctor. Never saw a doctor, received no care. One plus--the staff is pleasant.

Dr. Chang is funny, caring, and honest about whether procedures are necessary vs. cosmetic. Both my husband and I see him. The staff in the office is very pleasant also.

Dr. Michael F. Chang is an outstanding ophthalmologist. Beyond that he a outstanding person. He has a very high level of knowledge about the human eye and the things that can go wrong with it. I have been a patient of his for more than 15 years and I now travel from two states away to take advantage of his expertise. He is Harvard trained, humble, sincere, highly experienced and incredibly caring. You will not find better.

Excellent physician in every respect except wait time is often too long

I chose Dr. Chang based on his highly qualified profile. Unfortunately, I had a better experience with the technician Bill than with Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang only spent 5 mins. with me. I waited 40 min in the exam room(timed). He's a fast talker. He did not take time to explain procedures and was in a rush while pushing thought the visit. I felt that he did not take time to ensure I was comfortable during the procedure and actually I was in discomfort.
