I'd give a zero if possible.. they don't return emails or calls...had a family emergency and had to cancel an appt but they wouldn't respond to my call to cancel just so they could get the fee...I spent an hour on hold over the course of several calls, least they can do is speak with the client...

My experience with Dr. Lauren Strazzula and her support staff was excellent. I had been to South Coat Dermatology several time with older patients I drive to appointments, and found all the staff to be attentive, on the back, and pleasant. That is why I booked an appt. with South Coast when I needed a new Dermatologist, and I was not disappointed. Dr. Strazzula is wonderful...patient, kind, explained things in an easy to understand manner--- also upbeat, pleasant, and engaged. From check- in to check out everyone who assisted me was professional, competent, pleasant and patient (with an old lady).... can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks to all.

Absolutely love South Coast Dermatology! Location is convenient, check in staff friendly and professional, appointment reminder and texts and most important the PA Jessica is the best! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Listens and takes time if you have any questions. She is the whole package and one of the main reasons I go there. All my friends see Jessica and love her!

Dr. Czeikas is amazing. I haven’t needed to see her in a few years, but as soon as I had an issue where my face was so uncomfortable she had a same day appointment, and the treatment started working instantly! I had been to urgent care the day prior and they did nothing for me. In less than 24 hours, I finally feel human again, thanks to her!

Services are great however, the office is run poorly. Billing can be received a year late, prescriptions not being placed after your visit, insurance not being run, and noone answering calls....be prepared for good care with the providers but mismanaged follow up with office personnel - I don't think it is the employees as much as it is the way the office is being managed. for such a large facility, they can and should be doing better.
