Excellent in most respects. Dr. Douglas B. O'Neill is the most conscientious doctor I've ever had, and I have had a LOT of them all over the country in my 85 years. Lab and triage at the Williamstown office are great.

Rude experience. My father took chest x rays for pneumonia at 9:30am. Now it’s 4:00pm and still heard nothing back and he’s running a temperature… you need antibiotics to fight this especially at 70yrs old. They need to get it together over there.

Dr. Ana Luis Neal is fantastic. She truly cares, she listens, gives suggestions. Always friendly and outgoing. Highly recommend.

Front office is terrible. Cant get an appointment any sooner than one month out for sick visit. Consistently missed prescription refills. Pain management and recommendations were a joke.

Had WMA for my whole adult life. You can't do much better in Northern Berkshire County. May be a little different since becoming a BMC affiliate but the staff is still professional and quality.
