There were great staff, but they changed, not the same as it used to be.

I should have listened more to the reviews. They don’t handle finances with you appropriately nor do they work with you if you have a high deductible insurance. Their only solution is setting up unsustainable payment plans. I talked with several of their finance people. So- if you have the state paying for you- check it out, if not- get ready to refinance your house- donate a couple organs or look into alternatives. Very disappointed. They also send you a generic e-mail when you are forced to withdraw instead of continuing to pretend that they really care to help you. Unprofessional. Thanks Banyan for the additional stress that I needed in my life in helping me get better.

I Have worked with Debbie Rooklin For 7 years and I am so impressed with her work and her care for the patients. Debbie Has even personally helped me with my recovery when I was a new comer, She has seriously turned Banyan around and Thank God for her strong personality and not backing down she DESERVES the up most respect the women and I will always honored to have her in my life.❤

Banyan Mass is an amazing facility, very caring staff all around. I have never seen a treatment center care so much about their patients needs more than this facility. I wouldn’t think twice to send my loved ones here

I've been through 3 different treatment centers in my life and Banyan will be my last. Never have I ever met such a kind and caring staff. If you need help with your recovery and you don't want to waste your time or money Banyan is the place to be. Thank you Banyan you saved my life!

Banyan saved my life. I was struggling with opiates and found my life completely un management. The therapists and their knowledge were invaluable. I have been to places but never recieved biofeedback or participated DBT therapy which i found i found cathartic. The admissions was very easy and fast, it was very helpful to talk to someone who understood was i was going through and i genuinely felt that they wanted to help. I highly suggest this place, i would send a loved one of mine to Banyan. My family is so happy to have me back and i now live in graditude instead of resentment and fear.

I went here and it wasn’t what they advertise.All they want is your money. Before I got there they said no copayment. When I got there they wanted $2500 so now there’s a copay. Now they tell me don’t worry about it. So what do they do they call my emergency contact and ask them for the money at got it. I don’t even know if this is legal for them to do now I got to go see a lawyer.LOOK FOR ANOTHER REHAB THEY ARE WAY BETTER ONES.

This place went extremely downhill over the past year. Do not send your family members here. The corporate team lies about private suites and chef cooked meals meanwhile they place you in a random house two people in a room and have you grocery shop at the local store yourself. Extremely disrespectful to the recovery community
