Great clinic, minimal nonsense. Could be open longer , 1030 close on the weekend is very tough. People have lives and kids, other clinics are open till noon at least, so they should be more clear about the fact that the door closes prior to 1030 and no exceptions if you arrive even a minute late.

The front desk are amazing people. EverytimeI go into the clinic they are so friendly and helpful. I use to worry about my billing but Sam the fiscal clerk was so helpful and helped fix my high balance. I don’t think people give front desk people enough credit but they are the ones you see first. I know many other patients that agree with me! Greg and Sam are the best!

Not accessible safely at all for handicapped people when there's a storm clean-up is terrible I am a patient and I almost fell twice I'm recovering from major surgery and using a rolling knee cart because I'm non-weight-bearing for 8 weeks and getting there I almost fell twice just getting from the parking lot to the front door it doesn't even look like there was cleanup done in the walkway so anybody in a wheelchair isn't getting in the building the storm was 2 days ago and it's still not clean or safe

Low quality care by management and most counselors. They make up “rules” as they go along (and only enforce them only when convenient) which are different for every patient. Counseling Staff is sadly a constantly revolving door due to bad culture implemented by unprofessional management. Medical staff and front desk are good, but I reccommend going to spectrum or HabitOpCo programs instead. Mike Kearney falls asleep at his desk with patients and walks out of his office with his belt and pants unbuttoned. Leaves patients high and dry in other states with no access to care. Is responsible for more deaths than he is lives. All long term counselors left immediately when he arrived. When he’s out of there the place will probably have a better culture.
