First time there tonight. Dr Heather was amazing! She explained everything so throughly. No rushing. Talked to my daughter like an adult and made sure she was comfortable in asking questions. Definitely recommend PM Pediatrics!

Unfortunely had to take my 2 year old here thanksgiving night. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. You’d think they would all be moody because they were at work on thanksgiving but everyone including the front desk went out of their way to care for my daughter. Her doctor and nurses were so sweet and helpful. Have never had a bad experience going here.

PM Pediatrics Woburn is the best Urgent care. All the nurses and doctors I have been in contact with are so patient, kind, and helpful. I have never felt rushed or felt like I didn't know what I was talking about. As long as it's not a big emergency that I need a hospital for, I will always bring my kids to PM pediatrics.

We ended up calling Dedham Pm pediatrics and they had a 3.5 hour wait. The woman (Kelly) was WONDERFUL and called the Woburn office to confirm no wait before we drove there (only an extra 20 mins or so to be seen right away). Cant believe we didnt know this place existed!! Will ALWAYS recommend! Woburn saw her immediately, diagnosed her with a double ear infection and gave her first dose of antibiotics on site. Was home before we wouldve been seen in Dedham so thank god for the nurse who answered the phone (Kelly in Dedham) who ended up calling us back and recommended going there! Also a big shoutout to the nurse at the Woburn office who took us right in and expedited everything. She was wonderful and so friendly!!
