Out of 6 different MRI places, this is the ONE where I got a straighforward answer the first time on pricing without getting shuffled off to "billing" or just treated poorly for even asking. Looking forward to my appointment and will update this review then!

I can't believe it I called to ask a simple question and whoever picked up the phone in the scheduling Department was rude I said thank you very much they hung up the phone on me. If you don't like your job don't work there.

I had an open MRI at CDI yesterday. And to my surprise it was a great experience. I was so nervous beforehand, but the second that I met the technician Mark I was instantly put at ease. Mark was patient, kind, funny, and knowledgeable. He didn't start the imaging until I was 100% ready and kept me informed along the way. I knew before we started there would be 7 images. I got through each one easily, with Mark talking to me in between and encouraging all along the way. Letting me know if the image was good, how long the next one would take etc. After all the horror stories I heard about an MRI I will be the first to tell you that an open MRI is the way to go and that CDI is the place to have one.

Amazing service.Would and have highly recommend this location.The tech (Bethany ) & front desk (Mary Lou) were very friendly , patient & helpful.I wish I came here the first,before trying the circular claustrophobic MRI.
