The day before my appointment (that was booked months ago) I was called and informed that they no longer accept my insurance (BCBS). I decided I would cancel because it seemed a bit fishy. They convinced me to come for a brief version of the consultation, free of charge. The day of my appointment, I confirmed my visit, got a sitter for my two children and drove an hour to their office. When I arrived, there were 2 other people waiting to be seen and nobody in reception. Eventually, we decided to venture into the back offices to try to find someone to help. At that point, we were told “we cannot see you. We are short staffed today and it’s not my fault.” OK…no worries. I had literally nothing better to do today than spend 2.5 hours and $75 for absolutely nothing.

With very little to no pain at all, it went great. I went in with pain in both legs. It was hard and hurt to stand up and walk after sitting down for a while. Now I stand and walk with great ease. And I am now able to exercise again. I'm very happy with the results. And you can not beat the staff and the doctor. They were awesome !! They make you feel like family.

From my first appt with Dr. Fan at Providence to my last appt on October 6th, have all been very pleasant, professional, and informative. Dr. Fan, as well as her staff, have always taken the time to answer any questions as well and giving you time to make decisions, The procedure they performed worked and if I were to need future treatment I would return to USA Vein Clinics. I would also recommend the practice to others.

The 1st time I was in the Lynn clinic and the receptionist asked me inappropriate questions about me having documentation for not having covid in opposed to asking if I had symptoms, really rude.. For the second time poor service in Woburn, lack of communication with me about how long I'd be waiting for an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 8:15 am and after a half an hour of waiting for my insurance to be run by the receptionist after she gets done having her breakfast she tells me that I won't be seen for another 2 hours. This company is so unorganized it's pathetic.
