List of Brandi Hoag's Reviews
It the worst place .....the problem not with doctor brandi ....but the staff who is work with the office very very bad peoples they let me wait to take my appointment for long time they ignore me without apologize and i was very tiered when I complain she call police ....she said very bad words to me and hurt my feelings .....don’t go there i will look for other doctor ...it’s very very bad .
Excellent service, dr hoag and the resident doctor were very receptive and respectful. I am so pleased to have this office as my PCP, I feel like I am in good hands here.
You will never see Dr. Hoag there are just Interns at this location, different Interns at every visit. Which means that your care is disjointed. One Intern will suggest one thing, a month later a new Intern will have a totally different approach with neither being seen to their conclusions or seemingly informed by past care. Care is nonsensical; it changes dramatically month to month. You never get to know anyone who is treating you. The staff also never get to know you, as they are there for short periods of time. Interns are often rude and defensive. Because all the Interns are at the beginning of their careers, the care is often flat wrong, I have had many nurses and even the pharmacist shocked by the care I was getting. A CVS Pharmacist once refused to prescribe a prescriptions and called the doctor to complain that they were endangering me. If someone at CVS was concerned you know there was a problem.

Nothing but terrible experiences. Though the staff is really nice.
I Started going to Dr Hoag when she was at the old St. Vincent Hospital building and I liked her and the staff very much, after they move to Grove Street I noticed a big difference, the level of care was substandard and Dr Hoag started to have a different attitude. I told her I wanted to change doctors and when I tried to find another doctor In the St. Vincent medical group I was told by the scheduling agent that Dr Hoag blackballed me from seeing any St. Vincent medical group doctors which I instantly appealed and won.i have my endocrinologist who is part of St Vincent’s medical group and I would have lost him who I like very much. I don’t know who she think she is trying to get me blackballed from the whole St. Vincent’s medical group because her and I did not see eye to eye.it was almost like she took it personal but come on that is foul. I would highly not recommend going to Dr. Brandi Hoag. And my girlfriend also left this practice because of what she tried doing to me , I now have a wonderful new Dr who is in the St. Vincent medical group who I like very much. Stay away from Dr Brandi Hoag
You will never see Dr. Hoag for visits, only the residents. The residents rotate every 6 months so when you have an appointment, you'll have to go over your history all over again. There is zero continuity in this office.
I never see dr hoag, only residents. They have no idea about your health history so you are always treated like a new patient there. Wait time is always at least an hour after set time. And there are 2 of the rudest, unprofessional receptionist taking care of the desk. I am so glad I finally have a true doctor who listens to me and cares about my health issues.
Dr. Hoag is good, front desk is terrible. Nurses are very good. Picked woman Dr for a reason. However every visit, first have to tell everything to a young male..intern maybe?? While HE checks all my vitals. What? I then have to wait average of 10 min for him to return with Dr. Hoag. Now, I have to go over my entire issues again with them both, while the Dr. again does my vitals! No thanks.
I used to love this drs.office but no more, I even put up with the wait, but when u call to talk to dr.hoag u get one of their stupid residents. Keep telling me to go back to my surgeon and I keep telling them it has nothing to do with her. They are complete idiots DONT GO THERE, I am changing doctors asap.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
