16 root canals two implants coordinated by this doctor. Hollywood smile is the out come over 3 years later! great person, great doctor. only draw back is that building where it is located, over crowed and many of the staff are either rude, indifferent, or ignorant like the one that left a good review but spoke poorly of a patient. But the doctor is what matters. He and his work is 5 star. Everything else is a 2.

I never met a dentist I had more confidence in. Dr Genna has done so much work for me, he’s really good at his job; giving you the best option for your teeth, making you feel comfortable and very quick. Would recommend him again and again.

I was appalled to read the bad reviews, rather the one bad review. First of all, people should proof read before posting, that long story was hard to understand, was that even English? Clearly you haven't been to a COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER before, maybe you belong to an "upscale" dentist office where you will be treated as the queen you are, obviously I am being sarcastic. You gave Dr. Genna a bad review when I can assure you his interaction with you was minimal if that was your first appt, i know because I worked with him and I am also a patient. If you had a bad experience with the parking lot, the person on the phone, and/or the dental assistant who was going to take your x rays, why is any of that Dr. Genna's fault? Maybe if you spend more time caring for your teeth than writing bad nonsensical reviews, your messed up teeth would not need to be fixed. As for my review, Dr. Genna is the most patient dentist I know. He takes the time to explain the procedures carefully before starting, he waits for a medical interpreter if the patient's language of choice is not English. EMKHC is lucky to have such a competent professional who could be working at any other higher paying medical office.

I cannot believe the place I went to was an actual dentist office ... it may be better off if they just defunded the whole place...1st it would be nice if they let you know before you come in that they literally have no parking that u may wanna come early and that they do have additional parking in the back.. it would make the start if the visit more pleasant, but no when I called and said I can't even park In here she goes I have 5 minutes click? Then when I finally do get in...the dental hygienist says there's more parking in the back...then they were gonna take x rays when I told them I was only there for a crown already had X-rays the lady goes how long ago we'll within the month I say then she treated me like I'm a dumb moron and said what day with an awful attitude all while the front o the one before them should have had this all taken care of...then I look around at the equipment and half of it didn't even have the blue tape on it for after you clean it!!!!! Incompetent scary ... I was desperate to save my tooth but not that desperate...well at that point the dentist comes in after me telling the lady do u want me to call and get my X-rays or what do we do ? I said your. Or putttting that equipment in my mouth then whattya know the dentist treats me like her and could care less to work on my teeth it was so easy for him to be like k bye well what do you expect in a dump with half the tiles missing. O parking spaces mold and weirdo receptionists that take a half hour to make an appt to not even getting things right ? I'm glad I left and avoided getting hiv disgusting
