I was getting continuous ear infections, and I went to him in hopes that he could help me solve my problem. I went to him in hopes that I could trust his judgement. He gave me options of what we could do the day of my procedure, but he didn’t express too much concern and didn’t express whether he found the procedure necessary or not. Leaving it up to me, I went ahead with one of the options given and off the bat, it was not beneficial for me. I feel he could have given me options along with a recommendation, rather than having me decide what procedure would be best for me. From the start he did not seem enthusiastic in wanting to help me. He couldn’t even place a patch over a hole in my ear drum and asked me if I wanted him to try again. At that point, I didn’t want him touching my ears again. I’d rather get continuous ear infections and take antibiotics to feel better than let this guy try and help me again. You’re better off going to someone who has confident recommendations for you!

Dr. Depan is very rude and condescending. He constantly speaks over you and acts as if your valid questions are a nuisance. Poor and unprofessional attitude.

Dr Depan is rude, uncaring, has a horrible bedside manor and just plain doesn’t know how to treat patients. Avoid, if possible. His office staff and the audiologists on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.

probably the worst doctor i’ve ever been to....he didn’t seem to know what was wrong and was just making guesses and asking me what i thought...hmmm aren’t you supposed to be the expert? would give him 0 stars if it was an option...stay far away!

Dr. DePan is a kind, caring and thoughtful physician. He took the time to listen to my daughters concerns and as a result, won her trust as she decided to go forward and have a tonsillectomy. She ended up having a bleed six days after surgery and he had to take her back to the or. He was very aware of our concern and spent time reassuring us. Dr Depan is the best ent and we highly recommend him.
