David Chad's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Chad was amazing. Not sure why the one star review but my experience is he was one of the most compassionate and understanding doctor I ever met. He was thorough and spent over an hour with me explaining results and explaining the pain that I have. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Excellent, caring doctor who is very thorough. He spends a lot of time with you and truly listens. He follows up to check on you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chad’s for many years, seeing him at Mass General for my Muscular Dystrophy. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the care and attention I receive from him, it’s one on one. He is extremely courteous to his patients and thorough in his examinations. He is also very easy to talk to. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. I really like the office at St. Vincent’s Hospital. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though it is such a large facility it it is a warm environment.

i could not have asked for a better neurologist than Dr David Chad. he was my neurologist for 15 years and never once did i ever have a need he could fill, all i had to do was call and he knew( despite all my exams) that what i was saying was real and serious if only to me. i would still be his patient but he went to Boston Massachusetts in conjunction with Umass Medical Center in Worcester too treat people with ALS . and if he has half as much passion and caring that he showed me and my problems to others his patients will be very lucky.

Just my luck, a Doctor who rates 5 and didn't do a thing to help my situation. It took 3 months to get in and then I was told it would take almost 3 months to read a few results. Meanwhile I became more ill and after calling the office many times I finally got a call back. But, again no real helpful info. All I received was a copied letter written to my referring Doctor. Believe me he did not seem to care about getting to the bottom off my problems. I spent a lot of money for just one more Doctor that really didn't give a good care. One more thing I rated staff at 1 because they rescheduled my first appt. but forgot to record it and tried to blame me and secondly they would not return my calls in a timely fashion. Punctuality I rated at 1 for the same reasons. Helpfulness and knowledge are obvious, If a Doctor doesn't take time to listen to a patient's concerns and on top of that does not follow up after there is no diagnosis well, my rating should speak for itself.

Premier neuro. Highly intelligent, caring and thorough dr. who will go the extra mile to help whenever he can. The world needs more drs. like Dr. Chad.

The best of the best in his field! He is an intelligent and kind, caring doctor. There should be more doctors like him. He has helped me more than once when I needed medical equipment/aide by writing letters for me. He spends more than 10 minutes in his office unlike other doctors that seem to treat patients as a number. No worries here everyone.
