I'm only 43 years old and I cannot wear my hair up any longer due to scars. He is not as nice as he was prior to surgery. He had no concern with mistake he made. I had a lower face lift. The scarring on the side of my face is very noticeable at the hairline in front of the ears. I lost the whispy hair that came down in front of the ear. It cuts straight across and you can see the scar. Absolutely terrible! I lost my lobe becaue of the pull. And the scars around my earlobes in front and in back are so noticeable I cannot wear my hair up anymore. The Dr said there was nothing he could do about it. I do not recommend the Dr.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr.Fechner and all of his staff. Everyone in the office, including Dr. Fechner, is professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. Results from a procedure I had came out better than I had expected, and I am extremely happy. Highly recommended!

I have seen Dr. Fechner, but I usually now only see one of his Nurse Practitioners, Vanessa. She is amazing! Having had treatments performed by both practitioners, I think they both do an equally excellent job. Would highly recommend.

I recently had a facial with Tabitha. She was amazing as always. My favorite part about my visits is that Tabitha always knows what my face needs, she is a true professional.

Dr. Fechner and his team were fantastic! They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. The team was incredibly responsive and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I’m more than thrilled with my results!

Dr. Fechner and his team are excellent. The office staff are cordial and efficient. Dr. Fechner is fluent in exactly what to expect with your procedures. I have had multiple "improvements" and have been thrilled with the results every time. Dr. Fechner is very good at creating subtlety. When you see people that have had very obvious surgeries and look ridiculous, you appreciate the level at which Dr. Fechner executes his craft. If you are 60 and want your face to look like you're 20, go somewhere else. Although the improvements I have had look drastic to me, the comments I get from friends are that I look like I have been on vacation or that I never seem to age. If they only knew! I highly recommend this Doctor and his office team. As far as I'm concerned, there are none better.

I was fortunate enough to work with the one and only, Jennifer Verdini. This was my first experience with medical grade spa treatments and quite frankly, I was freaked. Now, I have NO IDEA WHY!!😂 Jen brought me in with open arms, put me at ease immediately and took what could be a painful experience and transformed it into one of the most relaxing and enjoyable self care treatments imagined. My recommendation??? 1000000%. If you’re thinking about treatments, choose wisely. This is your face!! Professionalism, care, compassion, $$, cleanliness, timeliness, accuracy, expectations... 10/10!!!! I couldn’t have dreamed up a better day!!! Thank you!! @jenniferverdini
