She is a great doctor, very compassionate. The problem is you wait on hold for 35-40 minutes to simply speak with someone. (this has happened every time I’ve called) The office staff, once you get through, are pleasant. I’ve had several times when I’ve been told I’ll get a call back but it doesn’t happen nor does a message appear in my portal. Very frustrating, I have since found a new doctor

Dr. Imola Daniel is one of the most outstanding primary care physicians that we are blessed to have in Worcester County. I had my yearly physical and she truly takes the time needed to discuss concerns and issues and doesn't skip over anything. If you ask for information, she gets it to you in a timely manner. Many times over the past few years I have called her office or sent emails and she responds very quickly and isn't afraid to order needed tests as some physicians can sidetrack you and not really listen or address issues. Our whole family has Dr. Daniel as their primary care physician. She was the one physician who really listened to my daughter and helped her with a diagnosis of Lupus when all other doctors wouldn't or didn't take the time to hear her concerns and issues. I give her the highest ratings and know that anyone that chooses Dr. Daniel will not only have expert care, she is compassionate, kind and incredibly thorough!

Very long hold times and silly, arbitrary rules.Make sure to set aside 30-45 minutes on hold just to make an appointment.If you are a new patient, they need at least 2 years of medical records from you before they'll even set up an appointment to establish care.From other reviews, it appears the doctor herself is a wonderful physician, for those lucky few who have the time to jump through the necessary hoops to see her.Stick it out if you want a great doctor and have time for 45 minute hold times for literally any issue you may have.

I cannot even get past the admin to make an appointment. I have spent countless hours on hold and they can never help so I cannot even say any review about this physician unfortunately!

Dr. Daniel is very intelligent, compassionate, sincere, and all the above. She treated me in hospital at St. Vincents Hopsital in October 2015 for an infected finger and outpatient infusion for 2 weeks. She is lovely and even has an exceptional personality and wonderful bed side manner which alot of doctors lack today! She is a 10 star rating in my book!Thank you Dr. Daniel for being who you are!
