Ripped me off for $75! I went to the West Brookfield office for a contact lens fitting. He did the exam, and told me he wanted me to come back again once I tried the sample lenses. I did and he wanted to charge me another $30 for his time. I have worn contacts & glasses for 45 years. I have never had a worse experience with any eye doctor. I refused to pay an additional $30 for an appt. his partner said I didn't even need. So I paid $75 and didn't even get a prescription for my contacts (they also pressure you to buy through them. They are only open a few days/week; and then, only about 4 hours on those days. You have to schedule appointments months out. I also had to wait half an hour for my appointment. I will NEVER go there again; and as far as I'm concerned, they stole $75 from me. BEWARE!
I went today to pick up my prescription for my contacts. I could clearly see the contacts sitting on the counter in front him. He absolutely refused to give me my contacts that my insurance has paid for until i order a pair of glasses. I had asked at a previous appointment for my glasses prescription so i could go somewhere else and get glasses as i did not see anything there that i liked, he never gave me my prescription so i wasn't able to order glasses. Now i have no glasses and no contacts.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
