Dr Huo always takes the time to explain the treatment and any medical concerns in a way that I can understand. She is very kind and compassionate to her patients. I feel like she really cares about all her patients. Her entire staff is wonderful. Everyone in the office and all of the medical assistants are always happy and helpful. They go out of their way to assist in any way they can to make sure things run smoothly, from insurance to appointments to just helping you find the way to a lab. This is one of the best medical practices I have ever been to.

Dr. Huo is very thorough and takes the time to explain condition, treatment and testing. She will re-explain, as well. Dr. Huo has an excellent bedside manner and am confident in her care.

I have been very happy with the staff and doctor for the last few years. Have osteoporosis and broke / fractured my lower back shoveling recently. New staff was rude, new nurse was nasty and extremely rude. Didn't listen and wrote on my chart that I had a "sore back from shoveling". Doctor confirmed it sounded like a break with bleeding and sent me on my way. (Yes I could hear and feel it crack then scrape then pop. Less than 10 minutes, got nothing but generic information for sore muscles. My chart says nothing about it. No info about what I can and can't do. She told me to go to my GP. And call 911 if the pain and bleeding got worse. Only one of the nice helpful staff remains in the office. They seemed really overbooked, about 8 or 10 people came in to the office when I did.

The appointment itself was good. Doctor Huo is knowledgeable and explains things well. However, do not expect a call back from her and for her to take time to explain things to you after the results come back. In my case, since I have a new dx, I had many questions. Her front desk staff called me back. I also left a message in the portal. The good doctor said she was unable to go over my numbers ...

I have seen Dr. Huo 3 times now and she has been very kind and always listens to what you have to say. I am very happy with my Endo doctor.

She seems knowlegeable but very difficult to understand. Very matter of fact, does not smile. Sadly I can not recommend this doctor.

My visit with Dr. Huo was one of the best I have ever had with any professional, physician or otherwise. I was referred to her for a 2nd opinion on surgery for a parathyroid condition. I would give Dr. Huo the highest marks for her professionalism, knowledge, ability to clearly and thoroughly answer all my many questions and explain my options, and interpersonal care and understanding. She is not only a skilled physician, she is a person I would trust with all my health care concerns. Good Dr.!
