Very poor care. Had to ask several times for meds. Waited an hour for an ice pack after asking 3 times. Nurse had no bedside manner or empathy for patients.

Had to receive ER treatment on two occasions. First time, April 2023, waited 2.5 days in ER before seen. Finally taken in, parked in hospital hallway. Doctor looked at laceration to ear, stated in needed plastic surgeon. Surgeon arrived several hours later, proceeded to stich, then stated there was not enough light. Attending nurse stated, "You can use the flashlight on my phone." After a long wait, they finally found a treatment operatory with overhead treatment light. Second visit was for Covid. Waited 18 hours for treatment. Once inside, Nurse Farmer was wonderful. Dr. Steve and Dr. Hall were attentive and professional. If is the ER that is the big problem at this hospital. BIG PROBLEM!!!!
