1. My appointment was booked incorrectly. 2. The provider told me in no uncertain terms that insurance dictated the care that I received and that he only had 15 min. 3. The provider wanted to do unnecessary testing that if he would have read my medical records he would have been aware that the test was unnecessary. 4. I was left in the exam room after the provider left with no further instruction that I could leave. 5. If you happen to stumble into the plastic surgery section of that hospital floor, the nurse will tell you that they are unable to help you because THEY’RE NOT dermatology. 6. Your medical records will go missing. 7. The follow up items that the provider said he was going to take care of were never addressed. If you have other options for a dermatology practice go there instead of this practice.

I have been to all of Umass Hospitals in the Worcester & Leominster. For 3 Major Back surgeries, knee surgery, 2 Shoulder Surgeries, Acute Renal Failure ( Not Alcohol related) & A Brain Tumor. And have a few more visits coming. I won’t go anywhere else. Had great surgeons and care every time. All we’re not my Doing (BTW.) bad streak of luck. 😕

Went to get my tonsils out (day surgery) and it was a great experience! (As great as getting tonsils out can be lol). Staff took amazing care of me, always making sure I had blankets and whatever else I needed. Doctors answered all questions and were very comforting to my anxiety! Highly recommend.. thank you guys!:)

I visited Dr. Loshe last week and I was very pleased with the care I received from her and the technicians who tested my eyes.

All went very smoothly with my kids surgery today! The care my girl received today! From the front desk check in to all the nurses and the dr were so very nice, sympathetic and very informative in explaining everything to us. Home now and resting. You are all appreciated

The service is horrendous no care what so ever and the phone is even worst i will be looking for new care and a better provider why work in a hospital or clinic if you don't care? Why answer the phone if you don't have people skills or if you hate your job.

I go to hospitals a lot , yesterday decided to choose Hanneman for my x-rays !!! I made the right choice!! WOW !!! The x-rays department was absolutely AMAZING 👏 !!!! KIND , QUICK , FREINDLY!!!! ( DON'T GET THIS SERVICE ANYMORE ANYWHERE!!! The young lady and the gentleman were so professional and Polite !!! Awesome experience for me Ty so much Hanneman X-ray department you guys are AWESOME !!!

I wish I could give a four star review because I individually every person who worked at the Day Surgery section here gave 100 percent effort, they were courteous, caring and professional. This is from the man who walked around emptying the trash to the Dr. The nurses were phenomenal. There is a problem here where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. It's a deep rooted issue, I would say a lack of skilled people willing to work as hard as all the folks I had helping me today. This is now a societal issue the whole reason I was there was because I tripped over a poorly placed pallet at work, yet the day before we were forced to sign off that we had a safety meeting that never occurred. Due to lack of time, due to lack of people. I am suffering tonight with no pain medication, due to poor preparation, for the same reason.

I scheduled an appointment for a physical with a new doctor. I was billed over $400 for the appointment since it was a "new patient appointment". The office admitted that they did not inform me of the policy that new patient appointments are not billed as physicals. I let them know I would have never came in for the appointment if I knew it wouldn't have been a free physical. After complaining, they changed the billing to an office visit, but I still owed $100. Sick of paying for other people's mistakes. This was my first and last time using the UMass network.

I am extremely happy with the care that I received after having Day surgery. The nurses were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and in no pain.they also explained everything to me. They even went out of there way to charge my phone. I would highly recommend Hanneman Hospital for any type of surgery.
