I have seen doctor Coates on three occasions. Out of all of the doctors I have seen throughout my journey with chronic illness, she’s the only doctor that didn’t judge or give me a hard time about my treatment plan from my specialist. I wish this doctor could be my primary care, but she’s always booked. I left her office feeling at ease every time during a really rough patch in my life. I wish all doctors respected their patients the way she does.

Dr. Coates is experienced, personable, and keeps up with current research. She is exactly what I look for in a family practitioner. I feel like she keeps track of our medical care, even when it gets complex and there are multiple specialists involved.
