My teenage daughter had a telemedicine Zoom follow up for acne. As always Dr.Smith is personable and great to deal with. He takes a special interest in educating and understanding how teenagers feel about their skin. I highly recommend a telemedicine appointment if you have the technical capability. Your teenager will thank you. His office visits always run smoothly and on time.
Awful. He shamed me for following my oncologist’s recommendation to get a skin check, inferring that I was being “hysterical”. He also shamed me for getting a preventative mastectomy by saying “just because you ha e a mutation doesn’t mean you’re going to get cancer” as if he can have any clue what it’s like to live in fear of breast cancer, or he has any right to judge the preventative measures I take with my body. I’ve never had such undignified medical care in my life.
He is the only dermatologist who correctly diagnosed my skin condition!
Completely disagree with comment by previous patient. Dr Smith is extremely thorough and spends any amount of time with you describing your condition and options available to you. He saved my life by first taking me as a patient sooner than later when all others wouldnt take me for months, diagnosing me accurately, providing medical and emotional support and referring me to the most qualified surgeon for my condition. Highly recommend and the reason I am here today.
Felt very uncomfortable visit; didnt address tx issues without reminding him had his hand on the doorknob while I was asking a question; recommended an unnecessary procedure
