Dr Girolamo alerted me to a cardiac problem I have requiring me to seriously change my diet to reduce cholesterol and modify my medication. Cardiac problems run in my family. He referred me to a cardiologist. We did a successful stress test. I feel my life has improved greatly by these preventive measures. I’m very greatful to have Dr Girolamo as my physician. He is thorough and very insightful.
Excellent. Always cures my problems or sends me to a specialist if I need surgery. He always diagnosis me accurately. It’s such a relief to know what the problem really is and how it will be cared for. He always listens to what I have to say and asks how the problem began. Very considerate and trustworthy nonjudgmental. Helpful always.
Excellent
During my recent physical, Dr. Girolamo (aka Dr. G to me) reviewed vital stats, noted health concerns and changes that need monitoring. A few years ago Dr. Gs diagnosis & referral to Brigham & Womens medical resources SAVED MY LIFE. Dr. G strives to optimize patient care within a demanding framework.
My husband was a patient of Dr Girolamo. He not only ignored the symptoms my husband had he then made my husband feel like it was as all related to anxiety. Because of his carelessness he missed a serious heart condition. We’re fortunate that another doctor listened to my husband and saved his life but concerned that Dr. Girolamo may miss others conditions.
I have found Dr. Girolamo to be an extraordinarily caring, patient and knowledgeable physician. While hes been at my patient care site for just a couple of years now, I, and others I know who have him as their physician too have grown to have great trust in him, and great respect for his medical judgement. Additionally, its really hard not to like em too! Go Red Sox!
Ive been seeing him for 2 years and I am never going back. He has been wrong about many drugs Ive taken. Told me to stop drinking if I take aspirin (every other doctor said it is fine) and told me if I take Xerlta (an anticoagulant) and I have a big cut there is no cure I would just have to wait until the drug is out of my system (this was laughed at by my hematologist). He also has his own objective when you meet with him and I caught him in a lie. He is incredibly shady and insincere. Ultimately, I would never trust this man with your medicine or life.
Very professional
