Glen Bolliger does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Doctor has a boring demeanor. My biggest beef with Mass Eye Associates is that it takes forever to schedule or reschedule an appointment. They reschedueled me for my 6 month checkup but it was 2 months after it was due, then when I had to reschedyle that one, it was at least another 2 months. Definely needs some better practice management.
I have asked him a question regading the issue with my eye, he could not answer it. I found the answer from google when I get home.
I never write poor reviews but in this case I need to. During these trying times of covid 19 everybody is concerned with cleanliness which I understand. Dr Bolliger was not only harsh to my 93-year-old mom and myself not once but a few times and my kind 93-year-old mother who never sees negative in anyone said she would never go back to him. He was harsh with her numerous times yelling at her to keep her mask on of which she did not take it off but pulled it out to breathe as her glasses were fogging up. Even if she did take it off she's 93 kindly remind her she needs to keep her mask on Don't yell at her as if she's breaking some crazy rule. And telling her to put her feet flat on the floor twice maybe she didn't hear you the first time Dr Bolliger. She was so distraught when she came out of the office. They would not let me her daughter go in the room with her to answer questions and then accused her of not telling him correctly what she did for the last two weeks. She asked him to repeat questions as she could not hear good especially with the mask on. She was in the room for over 55 minutes without anyone letting me know what was going on. She was afraid they had forgotten her she said. Dr Bolliger if you are so concerned and wigged out over covid 19 you should not be working. Kindness matters even during this pandemic. If not more. You are to keep patients and their families calm and help them through these trying times with safe clean care. But that does not give you the right to be aggravated with us because of these things. Harshness was not accepted. We did nothing wrong but try to follow all these rules and my mother was 93 for God's sake. Take a deep breath remember you have a mask on too if your patient takes theirs off by mistake. Universal precautions right? honestly I was so shaken up with the treatment of your harshness and didn't understand why is my mother is such a kind sweet soul. And I myself was not harsh with you either. We will not be back !

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
