I was very excited I find a Pinoy Pediatrician when moving here from NYC in 2011. Since then, Dr. Sumilang has been the trusted doctor of all 3 of my sons. He is very genuine and attentive to their needs. I would never go anywhere else even if I moved lol

My son and I love Dr. Sumilang.

I hear great stuff about this doctor but how in the world can anyone actually get to him when his front desk clearly doesn’t do there job for a week and a half me and my fiancée have been calling to try to set up an appointment for my 13 month old daughter who isnt quite being herself after the one year shots and needs to be checked out daily for a week and a half as well as two voicemails and nothing not a call back not an answer other than some robot. And it doesn’t matter what time you call rather it be when they first open right after lunch break or when they are about to close and again nothing

We love love love dr. Simulang. He's so good with the children ver kind and gentle. My only issue is trying to contact anyone in the office even wen Yu press zero to speak to someone immediately Yu have to leave a voicemail and even then it's Yu sometimes don't get a call back for 24-48 hours but I give it an hour or so then just pop up at the office lol so it's really not a big deal just a little frustrating when Yu need to speak to someone and can never actually speak to a human

All my kids love him, very gentile, always smiling 😃, knows how to courage people. He is the best ,all my 4 kids see the same doctor ❤💖♥💓

Dr. Sumilang is the best doctor I have ever had for my children. He is so friendly and takes his time explaining things to you. He is the best. Wait times are short also.

Excellent pediatrician, always explains everything in detail, great manners and answer his cellphone after office hours. We have been part of his practice for 10 years with our 2 kids and never had a problem. Always have a smile and great with the kids.

They don't send courtesy text, calls, or emails about appointment reminders.

I was called for jury duty and my sitter backed out on me. I called Dr. Sumilang requesting a letter be faxed to the court saying I am my son's caregiver (as the clerk advised me to do) so that I would be excused so I could be there for my son when he got off school. I was told that Dr. Sumilang didn't get to the letter because I "had plenty of time to get someone to watch my son". I find this not only rude but completely unprofessional. Considering that Dr. Sumilang has basically been my son's pediatrician since he was born -- I am sad to say that I'll have to go elsewhere now since this is how he chose to respond. Considering my son also has autism and it is difficult to find sitters who can manage his condition -- no Dr. Sumilang, and as a single parent, it isnt easy to find one at the drop of a hat. Thanks.
