I have been a patient of Dr Servinsky’s for many years. I have always received excellent treatment from him, as well as his staff. Dr Servinsky is very thoughtful and thorough and has always answered my questions. I would certainly recommend Brilliant Eye Care to anyone looking for a new eye Doctor, in the Annapolis area.

Initially the doctor was friendly and did a thorough exam. However I felt the charges for the glasses was extremely high. I was also given a very different trial pair of contact lens and told to try them. When I went to pick up my glasses I told them I’d like the doctor to try a different rx. She said she would talk to Dr and get back to me. Days went by without a response so I called. What I was told was that was the best I would get! One lens, no options... very poor service!
