Dr. McDermott Sr. has been treating my daughter for UTI's for several years now. He is always the utmost professional, caring, kind and effective Urologist with her situation. We are so grateful to him for his approach with her. He gives her unique needs the utmost thoughtful consideration and has been successful keeping her UTI's in check while giving her the best possible quality of life. He is highly recommended by us!

I accompanied my spouse to Dr. McDermott's office and am happy to report that Dr. McD has wonderful bedside manners. He was mindful of the time of our appointment yet did not rush through any part of the appointment. The overall office was clean and tidy, and the staff was attentive and professional.

Dr. David McDermott, Sr. took a chance with me 27 years ago and removed my 100% cancerous prostate. I was Stage IV and it had metastized so he could not get it all. He then put me of a drug which was effective for 17 years. Know 27 years latter and almost 82 I am still very active and live a normal life. R. Reynolds Annapolis, MD 21401

I saw Dr. McDermott in the Odenton office yesterday. This was my first time going to see a urologist so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. My primary care physician or ER clinics usually handle my care when it comes to urology issues but I was having no relief from the pain after two courses of treatments prescribed. The reception area was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Dr. McDermott was very thorough and I was very impressed with his knowledge and that he took the time to listen to my extensive medical history and concerns. I left with a treatment and followup plan and confident that I could not have seen a better urologist! I highly recommend Dr. McDermott!

Dr. McDermott became my go to doctor when I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. He always took his time when he explained my surgery. He drew pictures for me and encouraged any questions I might have. I always felt cared for and went into surgery feeling very confident. I would absolutely recommend Dr. McDermott to my family and friends. I am so glad Dr. McDermott is my doctor.

Dr. McDermott performed the circumcision for my son at 8 months because he could not have it done at birth. He was very caring and supportive. He spent dedicated time with us and paid attention to our concerns. Highly recommend. He has been wonderful to us and our son.
