Absolute last time here. The overall level of service in Medstar is deplorable. After the horrible customer service, constant communication/phone issues, and inability to simplify things over the past 3 years I have to finally call it quits. I thought following my doc from Silver Spring to this location would change things but it’s the same mess.

Doctor Hendrickson took the time with me and educated me on subjects I was less knowledgeable about regarding some tests I may need. He really took the time to get my overall health picture. He was also extremely respectful of my own personal values. If I could give him 10 stars, I certainly would. This is a top rate Physician. I am so grateful that such a qualified Doctor that has people skills is on my list with my Insurance. I was seen exactly on time and from what I observed, so were the others. The office was extremely clean and well organized. I would give cleanliness top ratings as well. The women at the check-in check-out area’s were also very courteous and the parking was plentiful. It is rare to get an entire package of service like I received today. It says a lot as well about good management at this facility. Keep up the good work. We need more offices like this one and Doctors like Dr. Jefferson Hendrickson.
