All of my children have been patients of Dr. Berger at Phoenix Pediatrics on 12th street since we moved to the Phoenix area in 2014. They now range in age from nearing adulthood to under 2 years old. Dr. Berger is an amazing, caring, and knowledgeable pediatrician. He takes time to get to know you and your children and always has their comfort and wellbeing in mind. He is very respectful and has always taken time to answer questions or address concerns. His front and back office staff are equally capable and considerate. It can be difficult to find a good pediatrician, so I feel lucky to have had Dr. Berger’s support and guidance over the past eight years. I recommend him and his practice without reservations.

Dr Berger was a recommendation to me by a patient's mom. We have been with him for 7 years now. He has been absolutely amazing. He truly loves his job. He finds anything little thing that makes the kids feel good about themselves and helps them with learning self advocacy while teaching them about their bodies! I love that before he exams the kids he asks for their permission. I love that he compliments them on their hardwork to stay healthy. I could never imagine having another doctor for my children!

my daughters been seeing the same ped since she's been born. he was the kind of doc that comes in for 5-7 minutes max and tells me the same thing every time i bring up concerns after i just waited 1 1/2-2 hrs in the lobby and another 30 in the room to see him EVERYTIME, which i sadly just thought was normal. i was 30 minutes early for paperwork to this new clinic and they called me back almost immediately (i was still finishing the first page)! the doctor came into the rooms within minutes of the nurse leaving after asking me so many great questions and charting them all down. he was literally talking to me and answering questions about my concerns and examining kayden for at least 40 minutes. i'm so excited i've found this clinic and doctor (i've heard and read they're all amazing there) for my daughter for the next 10 years and for this little baby that will be seeing him within the month!

I have three children who have been patients there for a period of 3 years. Horrible customer service, unfriendly receptionist and office manager and administrative staff is unhelpful and rude.
