Dr. Malone and his team are effective, swift and very easy to work with. His attention to all of my health issues have been super. I recommend Dr. Malone.

My poor experience with this practice started with the front office as I tried to get a prescription refilled (just 1 month with this doctor). The receptionist would answer the phone, put me on hold for 30 minutes then hang on me when she came back briefly (Jessica). After enough of this I decided to drive to the office to discuss the issue and sat down in the waiting area while Jessica fielded calls. That is when I noticed the wifi password sign. See picture, attached. Totally unprofessional. Needless to say, I have a new doctor now.

I have been a patient of Dr. Malone for four years, he and his staff have treated my ailments with professionalism and care. I have started to improve steadily over the 4 years, owe a lot of that to Dr. Malone. I highly recommend him.

A true family practice in a family type setting. My husband and I as well as our teenage and adult children have been patients for several years. We enjoy the convenience of Dr. Malone's location to our home as well as the friendliness of their staff. Most of all, we appreciate their dedication to our health.I had been experiencing obscure and moderately uncomfortable symptoms for about 5 years. The truth is, I thought I was suffering from an allergic reaction. After my symptoms became progressively worse, I finally sought help.Two different dermatologists were no help but Dr. Malone's office took a complete history of my complaints and assertively investigated. Ultimately, I was diagnosed and treated for Lyme. This might sound odd to the average San Diegan but prior to Chula Vista I had lived in an area that is highly endemic. My treatment worked, I am now symptom free, and I am so grateful to Dr. Malone and Belen for my improved quality of life. Thank you!

I love Dr. malone. He takes care of my mother, and she likes him a lot. They tell each other stories amd jokes, but he also diagnoses and prescribes what is necessary. His staff are kind and caring. And i love his Hawaiian shirts.

Dr. Malone and his staff have always been exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Before I came to Dr. Malone's office, I was suffering from an unknown ailment. I had gone to the ER, and urgent care, both with two different diagnosis and both were wrong. After being seen by Dr. Malone, he correctly diagnosed my case as shingles. I was very relieved to finally know why I was in so much pain. He right away prescribed me the right medications to help alleviate my suffering. I have been going to Dr. Malone's office ever since and have received wonderful treatment.

Been my primary physician for years. While I do not go to the Dr.s office very often, I have never had an issue with Dr. Malone or a nurse practitioner. He cares about his patients and know what he's doing. It does take a while to get an appointment, but that is my experience everywhere.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Malone's office (I did not see Dr. Malone himself rather the nurse practitioner). I came for a basic referral to see a specialty doctor but was instead assured that their office could give me the prescription I needed. The nurse practitioner clearly was not educated about the time sensitive medical program I was enrolled in at the time. Long story short, I ended up babysitting the office- calling every single day to make sure they were doing what they needed to do on their end (which they weren't doing). I have never been so frustrated with a doctor's office. After giving them chance after chance and calmly vocalizing my frustration with them- I still never received the minimum service a patient should receive. I ended up being kicked out of my program because their lack of action. I would strongly advise to see another doctor to save yourself from the headache.

Dr. Kevin Malone has been my Doctor for many years. Why I lasted that long with him I don't know. The service is bad. They never answer your request for service. You always end up being seen by the nurse practitioner instead of Doctor Malone. You get an appointment for a certain time and you end up being seen an hour later. Go to someone else if you want good quality medical care.
