Dr. Jacobs is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen! They don't make them like this anymore. He is more than thorough and listens carefully. Should you need him, he and or the office will respond with speed and caring. Trust your heart to this doctor!

This is also a review of Dr. Kennedy and Kate Hilgartner. Kate Hilgartner is outstanding, however, getting the staff to admit she works there is the problem. I dealt with this office from the April to July timeframe and most of the problems I had were with the staff. When explaining problems pertaining to their failure to return calls, they become rude and inappropriate. Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Kennedy were adequate, but it seems that they would do a lot better if they had better office personnel, and weren't so busy that they had 5 minutes to return a phone call. On the average, it takes about 5 phone calls to get an appointment, staff does not relay messages to the doctors, and they lose all paperwork concerning medical devices and conversations with other parties concerning your care. Today, July 20th, I followed up on a request to have someone call me back that I left on their answering machine on July 16th. to schedule an appt. Here it is 4 days later, so I call again. The staff once again denied having ever been left a message for a return call. Due to the extreme disorganization, and rudeness of the staff, I moved on to another cardiologist's office in the Annapolis area.

Dr. Jacobs is very kind, talented, and responsive to patient's needs. He is friendly and you never feel rushed or perplexed. He communicates well and leaves no questions unanswered. Everyone I talk to loves this physician. We all feel safe in his expert care.

Dr. Jacobs was always willing to listen to my concerns/questions and answer them in a professional yet easy to understand manner. I always feel that he is truly concerned with my welfare. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a Cardiologist! FYI...the gentleman who administered my past two ECHO's is excellent!
