Medstar Health Cardiology Associates At Annapolis's Online Review Report Card

I have always had good care here, but unfortunately office practices have made me seek care elsewhere. I called on febuary 17th to schedule my regular yearly checkup in april and after waiting over 5 minutes for their scheduling service to answer the phone I was told that the first available appointment was not until september, and that I would have to call back next week when that schedule opened. That's not acceptable so I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Dooley excellent dr. I give him five stars. Your call center or receptionist desk, horrible disrespectful and not professional. Recently I tried to reschedule an appointment for a family member, tyresha or Tanisha something of the sort with the person named told me that the appointment will be in June or July which would be too far out. I asked her to reschedule it for sometime this month around the dates that I gave her she told me she had nothing for that time. She also stated that she's not here to solve my problems as if I asked her to work anything out for me. I don't call a doctor office to get disrespected when I said nothing out the way to make her even come off at me that way. If she's having a bad day she needs to stay home .No one deserves that kind of treatment. I like Dr. Dooley but, I am thinking about moving my family member to another practice . I don't need to be disrespected like that. If you don't like your job find one that suits you.

Dr . Kennedy, Michele PA, Dr. Brown have been and are excellent doctors but we all understand we must speak to schedulars/assistants regarding appointments and various medical things to be able to see the doctors. These people can set the tone for wanting to come to this practice. Up until today we have had pleasant ones. We have had to talk to Jessica several times today regarding preparation for a procedure. My husband has a very complicated medical history and several different speciality. doctors. From the very first call from her today she was rude, raising her voice and didnt want questions asked , didn't listen to our questions, and cutting us off in conversations. She threw it up to me how much time she had to spend today on us. I told her that is her job and when dealing with serious health issues everything should be properly covered. Jessica blatantly hung up. It is a shame for such good doctors that the first contact is with such a person.

Dr. Valeriani Bead is outstanding. He is so knowledgeable, personable, kind and caring. A great communicator, listens to your concerns and explains things very well. Bedside manner…he’s like a friend. He cares about his patients, it shows. Trust your care and the care of your loved ones, you are in good hands.

Came to this office for a diagnostic procedure in late November. Staff were friendly and efficient and I received a call from the cardiologist reporting my results the same day. I’m pleased to be in contact with this practice.

Best Cardiologist in the area. Hands down.

Called to get a prescription refill for a med that i cannot read the name of and couldnt recall the name of the medicine. The response I got was, ‘ How am I supposed to help you if you dont know what you are calling for?’ Followed by a click to a voicemail box that says they will call me back (about my medicine) within two business days. Poor customer experience.

For nearly 30 years, Dr. Kennedy has provided my family and me with outstanding medical care. His service has represented the highest standards of the medical community both professionally and personally. Without question or hesitation, I would trust my life to his medical opinion. Donald P. Orso

I have changed my rating to 2 stars after using this practice for over 20 years. When I was referred there were 6 cardiologists at the practice.now there are 30+. I feel that the care I received during the past 3 years has been indifferent and institutional...

Great practice - really like Dr Sullivan. Honest, upfront and to the point. Scheduling is pretty easy. Several locations. Offer a ton of options. They take Medicare. Parking is in lot d. They are located in Sajak Pavilion. Clean and large facility.
