Efficient

Dr. Biles is charming, personable, knowledgeable and optimistic. I appreciated that she was not threatened by me having opinions about my own (suspected) condition and not being over-eager to biopsy. Previously, I have found many doctor's response to my attempts to understand and describe my condition as 'shut up, I'm the expert, I'll tell you what's happening with you' Dr. Biles was not like that. Additionally, despite the Hippocratic oath, it's a reality that a Dr's office is still a business and Dr. Biles seems eager to please and make the 'Customer' happy. Too many doctors wind up jaded and come to see interacting with the patient as a chore and an annoyance. Thank God she hasn't reached that point. May she keep her optimism and may she stay in Annapolis!Word to the Wise: Not her fault, but if you have a specific thing you want looked at, schedule a general screening and then point it out. I presume that would've worked better for me in terms of billing.

The friendliest and most compassionate dermatologist I’ve ever met. Dr. Natalia Biles is simply amazing! She’s knowledgeable with innovative technology and extremely thorough on what to expect. All the questions I presented to Dr. Biles, she listened & gave an assertive answer. I highly recommend her as your dermatologist. You will not be disappointed.

Simply the best dermatologist you’ll find. I fly to Maryland just to see her because she’s brilliant. Took care of a serious pre-cancerous issue swiftly, easily & professionally. She also gives excellent tips on how to prevent many types of skin cancers. My husband is now a patient and we’ve referred many many friends. You will not find a more competent physician to take care of you. Her educational pedigree is a testament to her intelligence; she’s been trained at the best medical school in the country by the top physicians in the world. This is the doctor for whom you’ve been looking.

Friendly experience but she's greedy. She refused to provide a second prescription for an allergy/rash without a follow up appointment just two weeks after seeing the issue.
