Got there at 8:30 and was turned away. Said they wouldn’t see us b/c they close at 10. Front desk attendant told us to go to the glen burnie location which is 25+ minutes away and also closes at 10.

We had a scare when my son fell and hit his head on the chair, so we went to this specialized urgent care. By far the best urgent care we’ve been to! When we walked in it smelled like cleaning products, everything was neat. Service was awesome and Dr. Chatha reassured us everything was manageable with my son!

Have taken my son there three times for relatively small "emergencies" (one needing x-raying his hand), and they have been super. Definitely recommended.

I was disappointed with the front desk and communication at this office. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon as a walk-in patient for COVID testing for our children, we were told at the front desk that the wait would be 1.5 hours. It was actually more than 2.5 hours, and we may have even waited longer but we were taken back because of how many times I checked in about the wait time. It's understandable that walk-ins must be fit in around appointments, but an extra almost-1.5 hours is unacceptable.Most of the positive reviews, I think, are from patients with appointments. Definitely do not recommend walking in as other walk-in patients waited with us more than 2 hours, too.Finally, after we checked in, I asked if the location administered rapid COVID tests. Though the front desk receptionist assured me we could get both the rapid & PCR tests for our kids (she said rapid test patients must also have PCR tests), the nurse and the doctor both did not recommend the rapid tests and only administered the PCR tests. We would not have waited as long as we did if we knew this when we first arrived. The only reason for the two stars was the helpful and kind nurse, but the front desk receptionist kept sighing loudly and complaining loudly in the employees area about patients like they were a burden. And Dr. Duncan rushed us through without much thorough examination or discussion after our PCR tests were administered. Not very good customer service at all. We won't return.

This is the best urgent care around for children. I highly recommend bringing your child here for any needs. We’ve never waited a long time and bedside care is great! I’ve been here multiple times and will continue to bring my children here.

The first I took my girls we were in and out in no time but tonight but tonight was a long wait I had to wait close to 2 hours but beside that the doctors are really nice and great with listening to what’s going on there. I definitely recommend them and I’m sure I’ll be going back when needed😊

Do NOT waste your time. We had a sick child in terrible pain. Arrived at 7:30 checked in and were told that there were 7 patients ahead of us. We were also told to wait in the car for their call. At 9pm I checked our progress and found we now had 10 people ahead of us. We drove to the ER at Anne Arundel Med Center. We were triaged immediately. The doctor visit, tests and checkout at the ER is now finished and we still have NOT heard from the PM pediatrics. 3 and a half hours later. WORST EVER!! Who knew it would be faster and more convenient to go to the hospital. Thank you AAMC for your Pediatric ER.

The staff at the appointment time were wonderful, but this review is more about the wonderful woman working in the evening. She located my child's lab results and had them to me in minutes. She even called me to let me know she had them. This goes a long way as I know they were busy and it was late, but she went out of her way to help me and it was, is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the lovely lady working 10/24/21 pm shift!

Have always had good experiences with PM Pediatrics! Dr Kim was great with my daughter and did extensive testing for potential concussion.

We saw Dr. Garcia; wow! She is great! Thorough, knowledgable, explained everything and answered all my questions. I made an appt and had no wait.
