Nurses were neglectful, not compassionate and made a joke about how they forgot to plug in my mothers hospital bed for the first 4 hours after surgery. Also How can you be a surgical place when your emergency button doesnt work? Somebody answer this for me? Well They answered with “we are a surgical center, not a hospital.” Very unproffesional.

I never leave reviews for anything, but I think I need to start. I can’t say enough nice things about literally every single person I met while there for a procedure today. I wish I remembered the names of the nurses, but the “big boss,” as the front desk ladies referred to her as was amazing. She chatted me up for a while and she wasn’t even my nurse. Dr Sayan is also amazing and most people in the Annapolis area will tell you that. Thanks to everyone at the surgery center!

This is the absolute sweetest, most caring, professional staff I've come across. And I've been through many having traveled with the military for many years. Thank you for your service to the community and thank you for holding my hand. You all ROCK!

Excellent staff and support. From the reception to the prep nurses and procedure team, they are great. Great care, always communicate, and very reassuring. I have had multiple injections over the years and cannot more highly recommend Riva Surgical Center. Thanks for the extra care during this crazy virus time, we pray the staff and medical team stay safe!!

I came to this center for a sciatic issue I was having. From the time I walked in and Gina greeted me, until the nurse took me back and Dr. Cahan completed the procedure, I felt like the staff we really there for me. Thank you to Victoria for helping me stay comfortable so I could have my procedure done. Also, thank you so much for the comfortable chairs!

Would you trust someone who leaves a $3 tip on a $47 order?I wouldn't trust someone to do any kind of surgery on me if they think tipping not even 7% is appropriate adult behavior.
