Had initial consult and two sessions of regenerative medicine shots. 3rd session in a month. Results have been positive beyond my expectations. Have had some almost debilitating back pain (dull ache) during the past year. Went to Dr. Mulvaney based on a friend's recommendation. If others obtain the same positive results, I can't believe one would not seek this practice out. Pain (ache) mostly gone after 1st session of shots and even better after the 2nd session. I saw Dr. Mulvaney in January 2023 about a neck injury I sustained while on active duty. I was terrified to get neck surgery at Walter Reed or let anyone inject cortisone into my discs just to dull the pain. I knew there had to be a better solution and I am blessed to have found Dr. Mulvaney. After Dr. Mulvaney explained the procedures he performs and the healing power behind Prolotherapy all my anxiety took a back seat and I knew I was in the right hands. I did 3 rounds of Prolotherapy injections in my entire cervical spine and partial my thoracic and by the second round I started to feel a huge difference . After the 3rd round I was back to the old me. Pain free, headache free, and no more blurry vision or brain fog. In all honesty I just didn't think it was possible after dealing with neck issues for years. I also had a SGB shot performed by Dr. Mulvaney and I'll be getting PRP done in both my shoulders to heal up labral tears. Dr. Mulvaney is an incredible physician and I owe him!

Have Zero Doubt, If you are on the fence as to whether or not to have this proceedure done, please read this and change your thought. Many times you hear the phrase "too good to be true," this isn't one of those times. Find a way to get here and get the SGB done... you will not regret it! Immediately after the first shot I felt like I had taken a heavy pack off after a long hike. The tension, the anxiety, and the sadness left me. I am typing this now after my second shot and feel even better. I did a lot of research and came in still with some skepticism, but I am now a believer. Semper Fi!
