Dr Peeler is AMAZING!! She changed my life with a hysterectomy… Warm and genuine bedside manners . Im forever one of her patients.

Dr. Peeler delivered my daughter over 16 years ago. I was so lucky she was on call. My absolute favorite of the practice at the time. She now is Gynecology only, and sees my daughter. Incredible bedside manner, so professional and not to mention a wonderful staff. I would give ten stars if I could.

No stars. Saw her a few years ago for pelvic pain and issues with my cycle. Totally dismissive. Offered birth control or referral to general surgeon. Didn't think it was even a gynecological issue! Needless to say, after switching to another gynecologist, I had several things that were diagnosed. Endometriosis being one. (Something she didn't want to go in and look for or acknowledge that I could have had.) Don't waste your time with this doctor.

As a fellow GYN, there are only some providers that I would trust would my personal health. Dr. Peeler is not only in that select few but leads the group.

Dr. Peeler's office was recommended by a friend. My friend clearly had a different experience! After my experience, my friend has since sought care elsewhere. Her nurse and office staff were great. They were both personable and efficient. The office itself was esthetically welcoming and clean. Unfortunately that is were the positive ended. Dr. Peeler was downright rude and extremely condescending. Not only did she interupt my questions & rush me, she managed to make negative comments about my weight (all whopping 137 lbs). I was in for a yearly exam and to establish care as I had just moved to the area. She achieved the distinction of being the worst & most painfull gynecological exam in my life. Susan Peeler also has merited the ONLY negative physician review I have ever made! After establishing care with numerous physicians on 6 states, I can assure you that some have been less than stellar but she certainly takes the cake.

Dr. Peeler was so patient and informative when answering the questions I had. She put me at ease during the exam and is very knowledgeable. It’s clear she has the patient’s medical best interest as her top priority. Highly recommend her.

This has to be the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Dr. Peeler is condescending and just rude. Her lack of compassion and the fact that she does not listen to her patients concerns is sickening. This woman is ice cold, the look on her face when your talking screams that she really could care less. I went into my follow up appointment with her with a list of my periods activity/pain level/ and regiment that I go through every month for excruciatingly painful periods. I had an ultrasound completed by another doctor in 2017 and I had just completed a recent one ordered by Dr. Peeler to compare the two. I am 48, so my child bearing years are far behind me. She said that there was not any evidence that my period was causing me any pain and that I could be having "phantom" pain, or that the pain could be coming from somewhere else. I am NOT interested in an IUD, I wanted my uterus removed. Then she recommended that I see a pain management specialist because my monthly lower back pain has nothing to do with my uterus. I asked her why she bothered to have me come in the office to tell me this in person when she could have just said this in a MyChart email? Finally, she SLAMMED her laptop shut and said "we're don here". So unprofessional. I noticed her reviews from 2017 were very good, and the recent reviews were very very poor. Something must have happened to this woman, because she is absolutely terrible.

Dr. Susan Peeler and her team are amazing! I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a doctor I trusted. She listened to every single one of my concerns and provided me with the care I needed. She was quick to report my testing results and any questions I had through myChart.

Here is what i expect from a doctor: Professional Approach, Listens, Asks Questions, Listens, Sincere Compassion, Listens, Describes the Exam while performing the Exam, Listens, Takes time to explain her diagnosis, Listens, Has time to reassure and Listens to patient questions and answers patient questions. The doctor has my time and I want the doctor to give me their time. Dr. Peeler LISTENS, ANSWERS, REASSURES, & HAS TIME! 5 Stars!

Dr. Peeler is amazing! I have been her patient for 9 years and there is no one I trust more with my health. She listens to your concerns, makes you feel comfortable, and addresses all your women health questions with ease. She is not only a great doctor but a wonderful person.
